Yom Kippur services will be the swansong for Glasgow's Netherlee, Clarkston and Queens Park Congregation, which is closing after 70 years.
Around 150 members at an EGM also discussed plans to sell the building, but this will not be formally approved until more details are known.
Assets such as stained glass windows and scrolls will be found new homes.
Shul chair and trustee Michael Clerck said: "It's been a difficult time for all of us. The congregation wants to close with dignity. We worked very hard to keep the shul going as long as possible but with dwindling numbers and financial difficulties we were struggling to maintain services."
Seventy people attended a farewell tea on Sunday for Rabbi Raphael Bokow, who resigned for personal reasons. Young former congregant Michael Firestone will be returning from London to lead festival services.
