Open doors at Yavneh

articlemain

Parents hoping to secure a place for their child in the new primary section of Yavneh College for September 2012 are invited to an open evening at the Borehamwood school on November 24.

Although planning permission has been granted, several matters remain to be resolved before building can begin, said governors' chair Sue Nyman. With this week's launch of the admission process for primary applications and the omission of Yavneh from the list of schools, she is anxious to reassure parents that the school is working with the local authority "to ensure that if and when we are able to begin the primary admissions process for 2012, there will be the necessary mechanism in place to allow parents to apply".
