London Marathon: Chai life on the roads

articlemain

Chai runner Mitchell Kalischer, who finished in 5:04 and earned around £2,500 in sponsorship, took part in memory of Bernice Cowan, a close family friend. "She passed away a few years ago having battled with cancer for many years. She was a remarkable woman." Deborah Goldman, another Chai entrant, finished in 5:04 and raised over £2,600. "I was proud to run for Chai," she said. "I lost my mum to cancer five years ago and various members of my family and friends have used Chai's services."

James Levy and Oliver Tenzer also ran for Chai.
