v Palazzo in Hadley Wood, Hertfordshire, won "finest new apartment" in the International Property Awards. The prize was for the penthouse. There are six three-bedroom apartments at Palazzo, with terraces looking out into the countryside.

Five of the properties sold within weeks of coming to market. The penthouse is still for sale, at
£2.5 million, through agent Debbie Williams.
