Israeli super-agent Pini Zahavi has bought top Belgian club Royal Mouscron-Peruwelz for €8.5 million.
Zahavi will reportedly use the club as an incubator for young Chelsea players, and in order to get around attempts by Uefa to clamp down on third party ownership of players by agents and investors.
Mouscron-Péruwelz president, Edward Van Daele, said: “The takeover of the club by a group of investors around Zahavi is a fact. We have approved this unanimously and will spend the next few days with the last formalities and documents."
