- ADAM ARNOLD (Lions A) - audacious lob left Dan Lee stranded to give his team a flying start in the Anekstein final

- ZAC NEIMAN (Redbridge A) - slotted free-kick into the bottom corner from 25 yards at Wingate & Finchley

- ADAM BURCHELL (Lions A) - latched on to Austin Lipman killer through ball to start the Lions' party

ELI SHEBSON (RC UK FC) - whipped in a corner, which saw Solomon, the shortest man on the pitch, run across goal, and at the near post, directed his header into the far top right corner

- CHAIM STROM (Real Hendon) - a worldie. 25 yards out, on the right side of the D, nestled in the top right corner, keeper had no chance

CYRIL ANEKSTEIN CUP FINAL

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A 1 MACCABI LONDON LIONS A 2

Adam Burchell's stoppage-time strike earned Maccabi London Lions A a hard-earned victory in the final of the Cyril Anekstein Cup after edging past Redbridge Jewish Care A 2-1 at Wingate & Finchley.

Adam Arnold had put the Lions ahead after 10 minutes with an audacious chip before Zac Neiman equalised with a 25-yard free-kick early in the second half.

RJC boss Jon Jacobs told JC Sport: "I would like to congratulate London Lions on their cup final win today. I am very disappointed with the outcome of today’s game but am magnanimous in defeat to a team that took their chances where we didn’t.

"I thought Redbridge had more than enough to win and I am so so proud of all of the boys and the effort they put in. They will have to use this defeat as motivation for the remaining two games of the season."

There was no fairytale ending for SPEC FC who bowed out of the MGBSFL with a 3-1 defeat against Camden Park.

Dan Pike fired a consolation for SPEC. Player-manager Ricky Lawrence told JC Sport: "It's the end of an era. We've had a blast."

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS B 6 FINCHLEY CITY 4

Raiders B remain two points above Finchley after winning a 10-goal thriller, with goals from Jono Rochwerger, Elad Hertshten, Alex Goodman, Jacob Gold, Jake Gilbert and Rob Benson.

Finchley went two up the the first 20 minutes, ended up 2-3 down and pulled it back to 3-3 at HT. Finchley took the lead through a great strike early in the second half before NLR powered through the final 30 minutes with three well-taken goals.

Raiders joint-manager Jonny Adelman told JC Sport; "This was a nice win to end the season; we scored some good goals and played some lovely beat passing football. It's much better going in to the summer on the back of a win and the boys are already looking forward to challenging Scrabble for the title next season! Special shout out to Matt Leader, Josh Goldstein and Alex Elf for volunteering to share keeper duties - love that team spirit!"

JONTI AREMBAND propelled RC UK FC into third place with a hat-trick as Avi Markiewicz's men finished in seventh heaven against basement battlers Boca.

There was also a double for Akiva Solomon as RC turned on the style, with their 11th win of the season.

Boca's consolations came via Ben Retter and Michael Rosenthal.

L’EQUIPE 3 REAL HENDON 1

James Bell, David Prager and Jon Kay helped champions L'Equipe bring down the curtain on a memorable season in style before Nick Stern's troops lifted the Division Two shield in Finchley.

Chaim Strom replied for Real with a 25-yard "worldie".

Jubilant L'Equipe boss Nick Stern told JC Sport: "What a way to finish the season. I must say a huge huge thank you to Real Hendon who ensured that the game would go ahead. The league really does need more clubs like them and we can only hope we see them again in a higher division soon."

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE C 0 HERTSWOOD VALE 6

Harry Graham and Josh Gorb bagged braces as Hertswood Vale avoided the wooden spoon by hitting high-flying Redbridge C for six.

Elio Elia and Josh Cohen added the gloss on a momentous morning for the Hertswood boys.

A delighted Emanuel told JC Sport; "This was another fantastic victory, the fifth in our last seven games, and a second consecutive clean sheet."

MMFL/MGBSFL INVITIATION TROPHY QUARTER-FINAL

TEMPLE FORTUNE 3 NORTH LONDON RAIDERS MASTERS 3 (Raiders won 4-3 on penalties)

Raiders Masters remain on course for the double after holding their nerve too book their place in the semi-finals of the MMFL/MGBSFL Invitation Trophy.

Top-scorer Jordan Sharifian, Gideon Wetrin and Brett Stead scored for Fortune in normal time, with Paul Lenchner and Tony Plaskow among the scorers for Raiders.

Experience proved key in the penalty shoot-out, with Raiders progressing 4-3 following two misses by Fortune.

Fortune boss Simon Linden said: "I couldn't have asked for more from anyone. We produced a top effort and were unlucky. We deserved to win today, but hte most important thing is that we won promotion, which makes it a very special season."

Fortune captain Adam Speck commented: "We've had a great season, but today's just wasn't meant to be. Our development, improvement and understanding this season has come on massively and we're set up nicely to get even stronger next season."
