OAKWOOD A 1 HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB 2
A deadly double from Zac Lewis condemned defending champions Oakwood to their first defeat in Maccabi football this season.
Lewis had given Hendon the lead inside the first 20 minutes. David Woolman levelled from close range but Lewis nicked it at the end with a goal of the season contender. Victory takes Hendon to within four points of top spot, with four games in hand and means they are now the only team in the division to boast a 100 per cent record.
Hendon player-manager Greg Corin told JC Sport: "Oakwood are a fit and strong team and really pushed us the whole game so credit to them. I believe the best team won today but their dugout may have thought different."
Oakwood joint-manager Dan Kristall told JC Sport: "We got the better of close games with Hendon last season. We’ve beaten them on our last 4 meetings. They got on the right side of it yesterday. That’s football."

RICHARD SALMON registered his first hat-trick of the season as FC Team consolidated fourth spot with an impressive win over Real Hendon.
Free-scoring midfielder Jon Breger clinched the points in Team's fifth win in seven matches.
Real's Rafi Addlestone told JC Sport: "It was not a great result for us. Unfortunately we were missing two or three big players this week and it showed."
DC Prediction: Team 3 Real 3

STRAW HAT PIRATES 3 MILL HILL DONS 4
Jamie Nagioff, Zach Cohen and Adam Isaacs were among the scorers as Mill Hill Dons moved to within a point of top spot after winning a seven-goal thriller against an improving Pirates team in Borehamwood.
Ethan Mooney, Aron Gale and Jono Nesbitt were on target for the Pirates.
Delighted Dons boss Brandon Hamme told JC Sport: "I'm absolutely delighted with the result today - it was a very hard fought game and well deserved victory for the boys."

PETER MORRISON TROPHY ROUND TWO
BRADY MACCABI 14 NL RAIDERS C 0
REISS MOGILNER registered five times as MGBSFL leaders Brady Maccabi went goal crazy against second division Raiders C at Rowley Lane.
Left-back STANLEY OFFORD helped himself to a hat-trick, while Ben Kohler (2), David Cohen, Jordan Nathan, Marc Rister and the returning James Joseph added the gloss.
Brady boss Joel Nathan told JC Sport: We played some great football which resulted in a big scoreline that will hopefully give us confidence as we head into next week’s game against Redbridge. I would like to say the NLR C never gave up and continued playing with their heads up until the final whistle, so credit to them."
DC Prediction: Brady 3 NLR 0

CAMDEN PARK 1 MACCABI LONDON LIONS WHITE 5
Conor Perl (2), Tyler Smith (2) and Eshed Calman were the goal men as Lions White crushed Premier Division rivals Camden at Hadley.
Kane Gilbery capped his return to action with a consolation for Camden.
Lions boss James Gershfield told JC Sport: "We put in a very professional performance today. Defending very well for the first 25 minutes of the game which gave us a platform to build on. Two quick goals from Conor and Eshed got us going and we never looked back after that. A great win for us in a competition we feel we can go all the way in."
Camden manager Stirling Kay told JC Sport: "It was an even game for the first 30 minutes but some very poor defending gifted Lions three goals in 15 minutes. They scored a early goal in the second half - we then had our best spell of the match and we were rewarded with a goal - this was a deserved reward for the team who kept going when the game was out of reach. Our back four has been very reliable this year but today was not one of those, what does not help the team is the amount of injuries we get during games. On the plus side, we gave debuts to Richard Silver and Jordan Silverstone and saw the return of Kane Gilbrey for his first game this year. This was our worst performance of the season and this must not happen again. Congratulations to Gersh and his boys they were very deserved winners, and we wish them good luck in the next round."
DC Prediction: Camden 0 Lions 4

CATFORD & BROMLEY 1 HMH OLD BOYS 1 (AET - Catford won 5-4 on penalties)
Second division leaders Catford & Bromley needed penalties to over HMH - the youngest team in the competition - after a thriller in Finchley.
HMH took the lead following a defensive mistake after 65 minutes but new signing Sam Reeves levelled with a delicious 30-yard free-kick 10 minutes later. Both team had chances to win the game in the 90 minutes but it wasn't to be and onto the shootout - Catford converted all five spot-kicks, with captain Joel Lassman tucking home the decisive strike after goalkeep Guy Ben-Aroya had saved the previous kick.
Cats player-manager Jeff Gotch told JC Sport: "We won and we deserved it. HMH were an extremely young side, littered with ex-Premier players like Oscar Wagner and we matched them fully for the whole game. It's a great result that gets us back to winning ways."
DC Prediction: Catford 2 HMH 3

FAIRLOP FC 10 HERTSWOOD VALE 1
Fairlop FC ended a week to forget by hitting double figures against Division Two rivals Hertswood, with goals from JAMES JACONELLI (3), Daniel Bean (2), Adam Goldman (2), Max Freedman, Daniel Rosen and Bradley Gayer.
Josh Cohen snatched a consolation for Hertswood.
Hertswood joint-manager Jacob Emanuel told JC Sport: "Despite scraping 11 together on the morning of the match, we decided to go ahead with the game and not call it off. Simply put, we just were very poor but credit to all of my guys who played today for putting in the effort. We conceded far too many goals from sloppy errors that could’ve been avoided and made it far too easy for Fairlop. Back to the league where we’ll have some of the boys returning in a bid to move on from today."
Fairlop boss Aaron Dias declined to comment as he feels the club have been "unfairly treated by the league" following their recent points deduction.
DC Prediction: Fairlop 5 Hertswood 0

MACCABI LONDON LIONS BLUE 1 BAYERN MINCHA 1 (AET - Lions won 7-6 on penalties)
Division Two table-toppers Bayern Mincha came desperately close to causing the upset of the round, bowing out against Premier Division Lions Blue on penalties.
Adam Ellis had given Bayern an early lead in a game where they missed further chances to seal a famous giantkilling before Charlie Cohen had a helping hand in the equaliser - an own goal.
MLL's Sammy Kingston told JC Sport: "I am really proud of our boys today though, in a tough game we stayed patient and made it count in the penalty shootout and ensured we are in the hat for the next round."
Proud Bayern joint-manager Daniel Holder told JC Sport: "We think Lions would’ve been surprised by our quality being 2 divisions below them but we wish them the best of luck for the tournament."
DC Prediction: Lions 2 Bayern 1

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS B 1 LOS BLANCOS 4
SIMON MOSES was the hat-trick hero as Los Blancos completed a cup double over Division One rivals North London Raiders B, landing a psychological blow ahead of two league encounters. Gav Krieger sealed the win.
David Simnock fired a consolation for Raiders.
Blancos' Joel Barnett told JC Sport: "We bossed the game from start to finish and should have scored more. A solid back four were largely untroubled and some slick attacking movement ensures the game was won. No Premier Division team will want to face Blancos, who seem a match for anyone this year."
DC Prediction: Raiders 1 Blancos 1 (Raiders to win on pens)

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A 8 FAITHFOLD A 0
STEVE SUMMERS and NATHAN SOLLOSI fired hat-trick as Redbridge exacted revenge on Faithfold, with a crushing 8-0 win at Fairlop.
Sam Sollosi and Ben Sollosi completed the rout.
Redbridge boss Jon Jacobs told JC Sport: "A proper scoreline saw normality restored and saw Redbridge advance to the next round. The memory of the shock win earlier in the season was well and truly forgotten. This is the standard of play that we have come to expect and served as a good warm up for the big Premier league games to come. We wish Avi and his boys the best of luck for the rest of the season."
Faithfold player-manager Avi Markiewicz told JC Sport he felt let down by some players. "Another cup game against Premier team and another drubbing. I don't like making excuses because it happens to everyone but we had too many key players missing - against teams in our division we can cope but against Premiership opposition you need all your best players available. People pulling out on the morning of the match doesn't help. It baffles me how people can do that.
"As for the game we had our chances and didn't take them, a couple of poor refereeing decisions didn't help either but that doesn't mean for one second we deserved anything from the game. Redbridge were the better team on the day and I'm sure will relish their revenge. We can now concentrate on the league."
DC Prediction: RJC 2 Faithfold 1

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE B 6 FAITHFOLD B 1
Dan Gordon (2) made it five goals in two games as Redbridge B cruised to a 6-1 triumph over second division Faithfold B.
There were also goals for Adam Noble, Dan Lipman, Lee Cutler and Dan Andrews as Redbridge romped to victory.
DC Prediction: Redbridge 3 Faithfold 0

TEMPLE FORTUNE A 1 NORTH LONDON RAIDERS A 5 (After extra-time)
Cup holders North London Raiders A eased the pressure on manager Dan Shafron, but only after a scare as they were taken to extra-time by first division strugglers Temple Fortune A.
A double from defender Zac Neiman, plus one apiece from the returning David Dinkin, Josh Goldstein and Josh Green did the trick for a relieved NLR.
Relieved NLR boss Dan Shafron told JC Sport: "We made hard work of something that should have been straightforward considering the amount of chances we created and missed. Credit to Fortune who defended us very well but eventually we managed to find the back of the net. We now have three consecutive tough games and extra effort and commitment from the boys is a must."
Fortune boss Simon Linden told JC Sport: "It was an excellent performance, for 90 minutes we drew, unfortunately we didn’t have any legs left in us and conceded three late goals in the second half of extra-time"
DC Prediction: Fortune 1 Raiders 2
