Shahar Peer will face Marion Bartoli, the world number 12, at the Tournament of Champions in Bali, Indonesia. The Israeli tennis star holds a 6-1 winning record against Bartoli, from France, with her last victory at Indian Wells in March.

"I have big chances. All of us have big chances here," said Peer, who was granted a visa into the tournament despite strong opposition from the Indonesian government.

She has been drawn into Group A, and will also play against Magdalena Rybarikova, the world number 46.
