David Garbacz insists Moses Seitler gave Hendon fans a reminder of what they've been missing as they ended a miserable week on a high as they outclassed Camden Park 8-1.

Seitler, last season's Peter Morrison Trophy final match-winner, helped Hendon wipe away the memories of last week's horror show against Oakwood in the Anekstein with a sizzling performance. He registered a hat-trick before top-scorer Dovi Fehler added another four and Zac Lewis completed the rout.

Hendon boss David Garbacz told JC Sport: "After the shock of last week, we had the choice to either feel sorry for ourselves or to get back on the horse and prove to ourselves that last week was a one-off blip. Thankfully we chose the latter and put in a really ruthless performance against a pretty decent and competitive Camden team.

"The game was played in excellent spirit and refereed really well, and some of our football today was beautiful stuff. The conductor was undoubtedly the returning Moses Seitler who really showed us what we've been missing this year with a classy display - he scored the first three goals of the game before handing over to Dovi for the icing on the cake.

"Camden are a nice team who play good football but they were unlucky to face our backlash today and hopefully they will manage to secure enough points to avoid relegation.

"As for us, we move on to next week against Lions and then another cup encounter against Redbridge - if we play like we played today there may still be some light in this strange unpredictable season of ours."
