TEAM MAKE 10-MAN RAIDERS PAY THE PENALTY
FC TEAM A 2 NORSTAR LONDON RAIDERS A 1
FC Team A ended any lingering relegation fears with a real statement of intent as they overcame league champions Raiders A at Rowley Lane.
A smart finish from David Dinkin hauled Raiders level following Shim Bensoor's opener, but they were reduced to 10 men when Jonny Kay was dismissed for a professional foul, with Bensoor converting the resultant penalty.
Despite the loss, Raiders finished all smiles after being presented with the league trophy by MGBSFL chairman David Wolff.
Proud FC Team head coach Ben Gilbey told JC Sport: "I have been really pleased with the boys this year and Sunday certainly showed how far we've come."
NLR manager Rob Richman told JC Sport: "A disappointing result to end the league campaign, we gave away two penalties and unfortunately came up against a goalkeeper in inspired form."
DC Prediction: Team 1 Raiders 3

Jonny Quinn registered for Oakwood, but NWN held on to record their fourth league win of the season.
NWN's Steve Murad told JC Sport: "I thought that we fully deserved our win today, playing some great football and limiting Oakwood to very few chances."
Oakwood joint-manager Ric Blank told JC Sport: "This season hasn't gone to plan at all and now we need to regroup and assess how - and who - is going to take the club forwards."

MAJESTIC MADANES CUTS DOWN OAKS
FC TEAM B 4 OAKWOOD B 1
LORIAN MADANES was the hat-trick hero as FC Team B romped past Oakwood 4-1 before lifting the league trophy at Rowley Lane. Jon Breger grabbed the other.
Team player-manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: "Having rested and rotated this week the game was slightly disjointed and credit to Oakwood who battled hard with 10 men. However, we are building up momentum for the final next week and with a hat-trick from Lorian, our attackers are getting ready to shine on the big stage."
Elliot Jackson replied for the Oaks, and boss Jason Stein believes the result didn't give a true reflection. He told JC Sport: "4-1 the score may have been, but given we played the whole match with 10 men (injury) and held them to 1-0 until 65 minutes."
DC Prediction: Team 2 Oakwood 2
