Maccabi Masters League round-up: January 14

Brady Maccabi A, EHRS Stonegrove and Glenthorne were triumphant in the opening round of Maccabi Masters League matches in 2019.


Brady A started the new calendar year where they left off in 2018, securing their tenth straight win of the season and opening up a six-point gap at the top of the table, as they put nine past Marshside without reply.

Paul Shamplina, Tim Levene and Steven Moss scored two apiece, with Gavin Sherman, Kevin Lotzof and James Pincus adding to the tally.

Goals from Marc Morris (2), Russell Rich, Ian Leader, Darren Coon and Martin Seifert earned EHRS Stonegrove a 6-1 win over Temple Fortune.

Glenthorne beat Hendon Harriers 3-0.
