The new MGBSFL season will kick off on September 11 with 34 teams, it was confirmed at a meeting last night.
A total of 32 teams finished last season and an increased number will line-up with the three division league.
Ten teams will battle it out for glory in the Premier Division, while 12 sides will contest divisions one and two.
A total of five new sides will line up, including Finchley City FC who have taken their place in Division One after L’Equipe and Real Hendon declined an invitation to play take promotion.
Rolling substitutions will also feature in the Jewish league for the first time. The concept has proved successful in the Maccabi League for several years, as well as in the Maccabi GB Peter Morrison National Trophy.
Mr Wolff said: "I'm delighted the numbers are up and it’ll be interesting to see how teams adjust to the new rolling substitutions.
"Hopefully it will help attract more numbers to the league."
A motion to allow up to three players to be registered on the morning of the match, prior to kick-off, was defeated, with league chairman David Wolff casting his vote following a tie.
Four teams have folded - Blizzard Storm, FC Team C, Harmen and Real Sosobad - have folded.
