NOMINATIONS
LONDON ROVERS
Aron Luftig (RB) - rock solid, nothing went past him
Josh Bharier (CM) - in the absence of Adam Kay kept the midfield area under control, winning most 50-50's
Dovi Vogel (CM) - built a great partnership with Josh in the middle and helped take control of the game
-----------------------
OAKWOOD B
Jacob Richler Kleiman (M) - wasn't even playing up front today but still scored 3. The best striker in the league, no question
Marc Conway (D) - a really special mention for Marc. Marc is my assistant, confidant and Oakwood legend. I couldn't do anything without him. He's back fit now after more than a year on the sidelines and this was his second game since returning. There were a few challenging moments but he marshalled the side really well and he has an air of authority unmatched by anyone else in the squad
Dave Eden (CM) - I praise Dave 'Sven' Eden every week. And with good reason. Wins ball, gives ball, wins the ball, gives the ball. Discipline and intelligence. He's been superb in central midfield as of late
-----------------------
AC WHETSTONE
Tomer Tricot (M) - stunning diving header capped an all-action midfield performance
-----------------------
HENDON UNITED SPORTS CLUB A
Ben Lauffer (M) - passing masterclass on a horrible bobbly pitch
Greg Corin (LM) - mesmerising skills and always a cool head and leads by example
-----------------------
FC TEAM B
Jon Toby (CB) - outstanding in the PMT quarters against Flixton
-----------------------
HARMEN
Alex Bowman (S) – had the best game of his Harmen career so far, being a nuisance to the Redbridge defence all game and one of Gersh'S goals came from his persistence and work-rate to not let the ball run out of play. Was also rewarded for his efforts with a goal of his own
-----------------------
LOS BLANCOS
Matt Keston (RB) - one of his greatest performances in the famous Blancos shirt
Simon Moses (S) - scored a well-taken hat-trick against Blizzard
-----------------------
NORTH WEST NEASDEN
Adam Arnold (S) - scored twice against Hendon ... could have been five, ran the Hendon defence ragged, "quite simply the best player on the pitch, he was breath-taking"
Josh Tiano (D) - did not allow his winger past him
Dan Andrews (D) - once again won everything on the floor and in the air
Scott Kay and Craig Edwards (CB) - both were brilliant throughout
Craig Cole, Steve Field and Dan Orgel (M) - played together for the first time, and in Orgel's case his first ever game in midfield, against a very strong Hendon midfield, matched them fo 90 minutes
Josh Weiner and Rob Murad (M) - did ever so well in their debut appearances, ran fo 90 minutes
Steven Murad (GK) - made three outstanding saves and his handling and sweeping behind the back four was excellent
-----------------------
FAITHFOLD B
Dan Gordon (S) - hat-trick hero against Lions
Dan Kosky (GK) - once again, a goal keeper par excellence. Not only does he give the team confidence with his consistent performances, but he's always there to keep us in the game, with some brilliant saves. I know we are in the third division, but not only must he be odds-on for Player of the Season in our division, but he must be in the running for the league's best. It's about time a goalkeeper earned some credit!
