Sharon Fichman claimed her first success on the WTA Tour with victory in the Ladies Doubles at the ASB Classic in Auckland.
Fichman, 23, teamed up with American partner Maria Sanchez to beat third seeds Lucie Hradecka and Michaella Krajicek in the final.
The former Maccabiah Games gold medallist also impressed in the singles event. Having progressed through the qualifiers, she overcame world No. 22 Sorana Cirstea 6-1, 6-4 in the first round to record the first top 50 win of her career.
Fichman said: "We were almost eliminated in the first round so just went out to have fun and play our best tennis."
