PETER MORRISON TROPHY ROUND THREE
TEMPLE FORTUNE A 4 GLENTHORNE UNITED A 0

A Daniel Orgel double inspired Temple Fortune to the performance of the day as they thumped Division One rivals Glenthorne 4-0 in an early kick-off at the Hive.

Shai Davidi and Kane Gilbery were the other marksmen in a memorable win for Lee Fegan's troops.

Fortune stormed into a 2-0 lead inside 10 minutes and made it 3-0 just after half time and the game was up for Glenthorne in a result which extended Fortune's impressive unbeaten run to seven matches.

Fortune boss Lee Fegan said: "It was a fantastic performance. It's the best display I've seen from a Fortune team during my time here I reckon. We played a top team in our division and we caused them problem after problem. Everyone was faultless.

"It's nice to come away from a game with a deserved result to match the performance. We won't get carried away but there's a lot we can take into our next game. It shows everyone what this team is capable of producing."

Thornes boss Sam Rosenthal told JC Sport: "Credit to Temple Fortune - they outplayed us from the start and were very well organised all over. That said we just didn't turn up. Good luck to them in the next round."
