Adam Warner expressed delight after producing a series of strong performances at the Masters Nationals in Sheffield.
Warner won silver in the 800m and bronze in the 400m, recording his fastest times of the season in the respective races.
He said: "I am really pleased with my performances, as I have had a lot going on in my life at the moment, with my work and family, so to get the results with a lack of training, I couldn't be happier."
The Team GB Maccabiah star is now preparing for next month’s European Masters Championships where he will compete in the 400m and 800m 400 free at the London Aquatic Centre.
