Here are the star men from Matchday 16 of the MGBSFL.

1. DAVID SIMNOCK (NL Raiders B) - NLR nominations - was superb, he pulled off 3 or 4 outstanding saves, including spreading himself superbly for two point-blank, close-range one-on-ones. RJC nomination - was outstanding, a better performance in the Maccabi league you will struggle to see , he was extremely confident and could not be faulteD

2. DAVID BROWN (London Rovers)​ - "in difficult conditions, Brown was composed and solid throughout"

3. ADAM HAKIMI (Redbridge A) - rock solid against the champions

4. ADAM SHAFRON (Redbridge A) - a key component of a four-man defence which nothing got passed

5. JONNY GAHAN (Faithfold B) - tigerish in the tackle and got forward at every opportunity

6. RICK HARRIS (NW Neasden) - some Gerrard-esque passing through the eye of the needle ensured there was no upset against Team C in the Morrison

7. LEOR HAREL (Faithfold B)​ - the heartbeat of the team in the win over King Crown. When Harel plays well, Faithfold play well

8. MATT STOCK (NL Raiders A) - SEE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

9. RICHARD SALMON (FC Team B) - two well-taken goals, held the ball up well and overall was the difference

10. ANDY SMITH (L'Equipe) - "superb hat-trick and all three finished with great composure. Worked his socks off for 90 minutes"

11. GIDEON BARNETT (Neasden) - "scored 3, could've been 10, his movement was exellent all game has now scored 5 goals in 3 games. FC Team could not handle him"
