Here are my star men from Matchday 31 of the MGBSFL.
1. MATT KEMP (Redbridge JC B) - produced a string of good saves to keep his team in the game against Brixton
2. DAVID COHEN (KS Reunited) - capped a towering performance to match his first goal of the campaign against Sosobad
3. LEO FELDMAN (Camden Park) - "man-of-the-match against SPEC FC. Immense. A tenacious and dogged display. He was unbeatable today, gave his opposing winger no time on the ball and distributed the ball brilliantly when in possession"
4. ED WEISZ (FC Team A) - a towering performance against Oakwood
5. JON WEISZ (FC Team A) - stood firm and took no prisoners in a feisty affair against Oakwood
6. MARC FOSTER (Harmen) - "has been missing since the beginning of February but came back into the side, controlled the game from the middle of the park and showed why he has been such an important player for us this season"
7. ADAM POSNER (NL Raiders B) - "superb again in centre mid, despite twingeing his back in the warm-up and looking doubtful to play until a few minutes before kick-off"
8. MARK TRUMAN (AC Mill Hill) - SEE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
9. YISROEL LEWIS (LONDON ROVERS) -rock solid, totally commanded the midfield area
10. DANIEL GARFINKLE (Redbridge JC B) - a leading contender for the MGBSFL Young Player of the Season award popped up with a second-half treble against battling Brixton
11. SIMON MOSES (Los Blancos) - Moses led his team to the Promised Land, showing an ice-cool temperament with three expertly taken penalties
JC MANAGER OF THE WEEK
Daniel Beresford (AC Mill Hill)
