Not only did the levels of goodwill and sportsmanship take over, one of the Catford players went out on a limb to help a teammate.

Gotch told JC Sport: "A special mention to Adam Jacobs - he's struggled to get starts this season and has come on as a sub in most games, like he did Sunday, but he was the first to be with Yarden and stayed with him the whole way through.
