MGBSFL DIVISION ONE
OAKWOOD B 4 LOS BLANCOS 1
Jason Stein described Oakwood's 4-1 win over Los Blancos as their best display since he took charge.
A four-goal salvo from Jacob Richler Kleiman in the second half put the visitors to the sword as they rallied superbly following an early penalty from Darren Russell.
Stein told JC Sport: "I'm absolutely delighted with the win in what was arguably the best performance of my tenure at the club.
"We executed our game-plan perfectly and the players did everything asked of them. The attitude on and off the pitch was first class. It was a pleasure to be a part of.
"Some teams in a new division, and 1-0 down after two minutes, might have crumbled but we didn't. We just got up off the floor and got on with it.
"In some ways it's a shame that the simcha break has come when it has, but I know my apple and honey will taste better after that performance.
"Thanks to Los Blancos too who are a good bunch of lads."
