Michael Klinger insists he has not given up hope of playing in the Ashes after scoring heavily in his first three matches since arriving from Australia.
The Gloucestershire captain blasted T20 best of 126 not out, just three days after arriving in England in the victory over Essex.
Klinger, 34, followed it up with 93 runs in the LV County Championship match against Derby. He then blasted 69 off 51 balls in the T20 victory over Kent.
He said: "I still have ambitions to play for Australia, so I’ll be doing all that I can to pile on the runs during the summer."
Klinger blasted another century in this week's County Championship defeat against Lancashire.
