Livingston's World on Jnet Radio was true to its tagline last night - 'where we talk about anything and everything'.

As an old travel hack, I had to bemoan the kiss of death for Kiss tour operator. Somehow I am consistently embroiled in these mishaps. Two years ago I couldn't go to Spain because Excel collapsed before I made it to the airport. Last year I couldn't go to Israel because of the ash cloud fiasco. And recently my plans for a cheapo holiday were dashed when Kiss ceased trading before I could finalise my plans. Still at least I wasn't stranded. For those that were of if you want to know what to do when your airline goes bust check out this article http://www.thetravelmagazine.net/i-3043--what-to-do-if-your-airline-goes....

When I finally got off my soap box, Smud Nassim from Tulips Lingerie (www.tuliplingerie.com) explained (and demonstrated as well as you can on radio) how women can look great in their clothes. It's a mind boggling array of products from chicken fillets, bum enhancers, waist clinchers and nipple covers. There's even a corset that reduces your body by an entire dress size if you wear it consistently for a couple of months! (No gym? What joy!)

Jan Shure, Fashion and Travel editor of The JC and founder of www.60andsensational.co.uk gave Gok style top tips for how to wear your clothes and the importance of grooming. After all, your style in clothes say more about you than words ever could. To top it all, the trend in hats has become very Jackie O and Audrey Hepburn with the Pill Box hat. But just how do you wear this dinky little head cover?

However you look at it though, stature is all about confidence. Our resident Life Coach Teresa Garfield from Garfield Barnes talked to us about the 'act as if' technique that eventually leads the way to actually 'being'.

Janet Levin, the editor of the extremely interesting Jewish Rennaissance magazine came by. The magazine covers the fascinating subject of Jewish communities around the world, sometimes in surprising places. But then Jewish nation is full of surprises, isn't it?

We rounded the evening off with Simon Rocker's (the JC Judaism editor) Kosher Pub Quiz. Our listeners joined in too. Here are the questions, in case you want to test you general knowledge:

1. What did Vanessa Feltz do to upset some of her neighbours?

2. Ahava is a well-known Israeli cosmetics firm whose products come from a special place of origin. Where?

3. Who has been buzzing round Grandma’s House on Monday nights?

4. Who performs the one-man musical show “Jewish Chronicles”?

5. According to this week’s sidrah one should not wear clothes made of wool and what together?

6. Israel is referred to as a land of milk and honey. Some believe that the honey referred to does not come from bees – in which case what is its source?

Respond to this blog if you want the answers.

WIN WIN WIN Finally, Lucy Jackson joined us and gave us 8 tickets to give away to 'MILL HILL’S GOT TALENT: MILL HILL SHUL CELEBRATES 60TH ANNIVERSARY WITH SPECIAL VARIETY SHOW'. The line up includes:
