meanwhile Israel has accepted the Quartet's proposal for renewed talks without preconditions and the Arabs well as they say they never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity preferring the anti-Israel UN General Council to impose another failed terrorist led Arab State on the Middle East since it seems they will not get their majority in the Security Council requiring the US to exercise its veto and say they will return to the negotiating table with Israel only if it stops building in the settlements (which Israel did for ten months during which the Arabs did nothing except belly-ache) and accepts the pre-1967 lines as the basis for a two-state solution(which Israel has already said it would not do under any circumstances). So much for listening to what the Quartet said "Talks with No Pre-conditions"!
