A unique photographer, Adi Ashkenazi, is now exhibiting at the Spiro Ark Gallery

Adi Ashkenazi was born in Tel Aviv (1969). Even since his youth Adi has been obsessively photographing.

After military service he travelled the world, exploring places and cultures. He also opened a Laser Show Production Company in Israel creating a unique form of art.

In the last 10 years he has exhibited extensively in Israel, New York, Mexico. His exhibition at the Spiro Ark is his first exhibition in Europe.

This exhibition is showing two aspects of his creations, Israeli subjects and his famous series of New York City Parades.

Adi Ashkenazi’s exploration of imaginary ideas and expressions of the New Yorker have earned him international acclaim. His New York Parade is a result of three years’ work (2003 – 6) during which he captured thousands of images. He has brought to London a representative selection of highlights of his work.
