If you’re like me and left it late to look for foodie seasonal gifts and haven’t time – or energy – to shlepp to the shops there are some great online options.

Here are a few ideas that have caught my eye:

Take the biscuit
This annual box of crunchy treats from the Biscuiteers contains a generous selection of beautifully iced biscuits with a new year theme. Think little honeybees; red apples; honey pots and candles. Perfect to take as a host gift. (Vegetarian)

Gourmet grub
For the foodie in your life, the lovely team at Honey & Co have come up with a series of gorgeous gourmet hampers. Starting at £60 for the entry level version and climbing to £150 for the luxe) the hampers contain goodies including pomegranate-themed notebook and tea towel; various types of honey with a honey dipper; pomegranate shaped, vanilla and sumac cookies (plus a cute cutter and recipe card to make your own) as well as kosher wine and chocolate.

Charity choice
You can always rely on the good folk at Kisharon to come up with tasteful and tasty gifts for every chag. They have mini (£2 for 42g) (and larger £5 for 227g) jars of English honey that can be personalised — deadline today, 21st September. As well as lovely packages of dried apple rings, Belgian chocolate-coated cranberries and almonds as well as a variety of nuts with honey toppings starting from £3. There are also gorgeous dishes which Kisharon can fill with their sweet treats as well as the cutest honeybee napkins and honey jars. All sold to raise money for a great cause. Available to purchase online or in person from their store in Temple Fortune, NW11. All prices are on their website. (kosher)

Comb over
Cheese retailerPaxton and Whitfield offer the most gorgeous jar of delicately flavoured Acacia honey. They recommend pairing it with salty cheese — which I had to try. It’s the perfect combination when you’ve run out of apples and challah to dip in yours.

Favourite fruits:
For a healthy — and beautiful — gift check out Frutta Dolce’srange of dehydrated fruits. They are super pretty — and good for you too — with no added sugar nor preservatives. Order prettily wrapped bags or specially designed Perspex boxes from their website, but do get to it, as demand is high! (kosher)
