Google buys Israeli firm

Google has made its first ever acquisition in Israel in a $25 million deal with LabPixies, an Israeli start-up specialising in web and mobile games.

It offers a collection of applications that run on iGoogle, Google's customizable home page, and on the iPhone and Android phones. Google first launched in Israel in 2005.
