British Jewish schoolchildren landed safely in Poland after their flight was hit by bomb threat on Tuesday.
The LOT flight from London Heathrow to Warsaw Chopin airport was forced to land instead at Warsaw-Modlin.
Bomb disposal experts reportedly checked the jet and passengers’ luggage after it landed.
The airport was temporarily closed, it was reported.
The scare was one of four threats received by separate flights across Europe on Tuesday, including one that had been travelling from Israel.
That flight, which landed in Sofia, Bulgaria, without incident, had reportedly received the threat on email.
Counter-terrorism units were said to have checked the plane for possible explosive devices after landing.
A third threat was reported to have been against a Ryanair flight carrying 114 passengers from Manchester that landed in Murcia in southern Spain.
The fourth was against a Scandinavian SAS flight from Copenhagen to Warsaw, which was forced to land at Chopin Airport and was also being checked.
SAS later said the flight had landed safely and passengers had disembarked.
This is a developing story.
