When Emunah put this Roberts Radio up for auction on eBay, its staff were amazed by the buyer: the Science Museum in London.

The item will go on display at the museum next month, in a special exhibition about the Hadron Collider. How the radio fits into a show about underground particle detectors I’m not sure, but it has added £24.99 to the British aid to vulnerable children in Israel.
