FAITHFOLD A vs BRADY MACCABI A
Both Faithfold and Brady go into this game on the back of defeats so bouncebackability is the name of the game for both sets of players.
Faithfold tasted defeat for the first time last Sunday when they went down 2-0 against FC Team A. To make matters worse, they had to play part of the match with 10 men after central defender Alex Taylor was sent off. No doubt that will hurt them later in the season, but I expect Taylor to be in the headlines for the right reasons on Sunday as his team goes out to prove a point.
Brady only had themselves to blame for going down 2-1 against Oakwood. They missed chance after chance before succumbing to a winner five minutes from time that left manager Joel Nathan scratching his head.
Brady fans were treated to a simply special strike from summer signing Ben Joseph and he will be out to impress once more.
I can see Sunday's game being won and lost in midfield, but think home advantage will help Faithfold edge it.

I genuinely fear for Norstar on Sunday. No wins in four, the writing already looks on the wall as far as this game is concerned.
Granted, Phil Peters' troops gave a brave account of themselves against Redbridge last Sunday, but they failed to score against a team playing without a recognised keeper.
Meanwhile, Hendon bowed out of the LFASCC in a game where manager David Garbacz was left to rue a series of missed chances.
I can't see lightning strike twice and am predicting the champions to romp home.
JC team news: Hendon will give a late fitness test to striker Jacob Gold who tweaked a hamstring last Sunday.

LONDON MACCABI LIONS A vs OAKWOOD A
Lions will have plenty of respect for Oakwood ahead of their meeting at Rowley Lane.
The Oaks remain unbeaten this season and go into this clash on the back of a terrific win at Brady, at the same venue they'll be playing the Lions, although quite possibly on a different pitch.
There were heroes all over the park for Oakwood last Sunday, with captain marvel leading the way. Record signing Josh Bentley popped up with his second goal of the season, with Josh Rubin grabbing a late winner.
Lions, meanwhile, eventually romped home in the first round of the JC League Cup. Having been frustrated for 45 minutes, they went goal crazy, with Mike Pearson and Lorian Madanes left to fight it out over the matchball after firing hat-tricks. Skipper Yoav Lebens completed the rout, while Adam Lauffer gave a defensive master-class.
I've been impressed by the way Oakwood have started the season. They've set themselves up to be hard to break down and boast a solid spine. It's vital they don't let Pearson pull them around at the back or Madanes play between the lines, and as long as they maintain concentration for 90 minutes, I can see them coming away with a well-earned point.

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS A vs FC TEAM A
Raiders and FC Team have shared some great battles over the years but three points are what’s it’s all about as the rivals prepare to do battle for the first time this season.
Manager Mitch Young returns from a stag and he was delighted by what happened last Sunday, when Director of Football Jonathan Pearl masterminded a stunning 2-0 win over leaders Faithfold.
L'Orange went down to their third defeat of the season, going down 4-2 against Brixton, although the fact the Brixton keeper was named man of the match tells you something.
Raiders boss Rob Richman believes it's only a matter of time until things click into gear and they give someone a right spanking. But I can't see that being FC Team on Sunday.
Last season's match at Brunel was an absolute cracker and I can see more fireworks on Sunday, with Richard Salmon playing a star role in an epic contest.

REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A vs BRIXTON OLD BOYS A
If memory serves me correctly, Brixton claimed a famous win over Redbridge in the cup last season. Now John Nitka’s men are out to do it in the league.
I see absolutely no reason why they can't take the points back to north-west London, as long as they play their cards right.
Keeper Jake Doffman produced another master-class against Raiders last Sunday, and it's clear manager John Nitka has everyone playing for the shirt.
Alon Hershkorn is currently scoring for fun, and the versatility shown by the likes of George Fierstone is really warming the hearts of Brixton fans.
Redbridge haven't set the world alight yet, but they are going about their business in a calm and efficient manner that you'd associate with an Eilon Kennet team.
Last weekend, Adam Stolerman and Bradley Frankel were the marksmen in a workmanlike victory over Norstar. But it was the ever-versatile Steve Gevertz who came up trumps with a crucial penalty save.
RJC are always hard to beat at home. With Joel Berg having returned to full fitness, they have an added physical presence at both ends of the pitch. Kennet would like to see him pop up with a few more goals, but RJC have enough threats all over the pitch and will ask some big questions of Brixton.
When all is said and done, I think the winning team on Sunday will be the one that keeps its discipline.

CAMDEN PARK vs FAITHFOLD B
Camden have won three out of four and the odds on them to clinch back-to-back promotions have gone down to 7-1.
It's a big ask for a newly-promoted team to keep doing the business in a higher division, but as Guy Fenton and Luke Brookner showed only last week, they have quality from 1-11 and strength in depth. Competition for places in Josh Marks' squad has never been fiercer and he faces some genuine selection headaches following last weekend's 5-3 win over UJIA.
Faithfold chalked up their first league win last Sunday. Now manager Rob Shooman is asking his troops to go on a run. No, he's demanding it. Richard Winton was the star of the show against Fortune last weekend. There was a dedicated section for Goal of the Week after his brilliant brace and he's 6-1 to find the net on Sunday.
It's good to see Faithfold clicking into gear at long last, with the experience of Matty Kleinman crucial to their hopes.
I'm not surprised to see a strong referee in Martin Lavender appointed by the league for a game that could produce fireworks.

GLENTHORNE UNITED A vs UJIA
For me, this one has home banker written all over it. Glenthorne have already dropped some unexpected points this season, but manager Sam Rosenthal will take nothing less than three on Sunday.
The impressive Scott Jay and Daniel Lipman fired the bullets that shot down Lions B last weekend, in a performance that pleased gaffer Sam Rosenthal.
That win kept the Thornes two points clear, with four wins from five, and there's a fair chance they could have this one wrapped up by half-time, as long as they start with the right attitude.
UJIA boss Darren Rolfe was delighted with the character shown by his troops last Sunday. Many teams would've surrendered in the position the U's found themselves in, but they dug deep and won the half, with Israeli marksman Assi Avital scoring another hat-trick.
The bottom line is that UJIA have conceded 20 goals in just five games. By the law of averages, a 4-0 Glenthorne win looks par for the course for me.

Two teams who know how to grind out a result go head-to-head on Sunday as promotion rivals Hendon B host Chigwell.
Goals look guaranteed with a Hendon team boasting the likes of Chaim Gothold, RA Noe and Gav Noe up against the Essex giants, with Neil Tilley and Paul Lenchner in fine fettle.
Lenchner warmed-up for the clash with a double in the golden oldies league and he's promises me that there's plenty more where that came from.
Chaim Gothold and Avi Marcowitz inspired Hendon to a hard fought 2-1 win over Lions B last Sunday. They weren't at their best, but managed to hold on for maximum points.
On Sunday they will come up against an in-form Lee Hyams at the heart of the Chigwell defence.
The visitors know they must pull out all the stops to get something from fortress west Hendon and it wouldn't surprise me if manager Richard Slater puts five in midfield in a bid to soak up the pressure and hit them on the break.
I've got a sneaky feeling this one could end all square.

There will be plenty of familiar faces on show when Harmen entertain Lions B on Sunday and with both teams tasting defeat last weekend, three points will be order of the day.
Harmen slipped back into some old bad habits last weekend, despite the best efforts of Ori Kobi.
Meanwhile, the Lions huffed and puffed against Glenthorne, but they were unable to fathom an equaliser, not for the lack of trying.
Although the goals have dried up for Lions of late, I think it's only a blip and normal service will be resumed on Sunday.

TEMPLE FORTUNE A vs SHIRLEY PARK
I fear for Fortune on Sunday as the super Shirley pack go in search of goals on the big 3G surface in Edgware.
Dave Lusman’s men are renowned for playing slick, free-flowing football and I think they will have far too much for the home side.
With Nicky Plotnek, Stefan Benfredj and Gideon Gold pulling the strings, strikers Jamie Kent and Saul Conway cannot fail to deliver. Surely.
They came back from the dead to beat a good Neasden team last Sunday, with Benfredj, Conway, Kent and Plotnek all on target.
On Sunday they travel to a Fortune team leaking goals and low on confidence. Craig Edwards and Brett Stead found the net last weekend, but it was to no avail as they conceded four times against Faithfold B.
Rumour has it manager Lee Fegan will have a brainstorming meeting with his brother, Adam, this week in a bid to work out how to get the best out of his team.
Clearly, there is no shortage of talent or effort in the Fortune squad, but some disciplinary issues have put a spanner in the works.
But they will have much more than that to think about come 12.15pm on Sunday.

WOODFORD WANDERERS vs NORTH WEST NEASDEN A
Woodford must make sure home advantage counts for something when they tackle Neasden at Fairlop on Sunday.
The Wanderers know they must make themselves harder to beat and Neasden will be looking to pick their pockets in their own back-yard.
They warmed up for the big clash with a handsome win in the cup last weekend. James Ryan smashed home a hat-trick and it will be intriguing to see who comes out on top in the battle of the strikers against NWN's Lee Cash.
Cash was back to his vintage best against Shirley last weekend, with a couple of his wonder strikes applauded by the rival dug-out. It's great to see him firing on all cylinders again, as on his day there are few better.
There promises to be some mouth-watering battles all over the park, but while all eyes will be on Ryan versus Cash, you'd be well-advised to keep an eye on Wanderers skipper Darren Ezekiel who is expected to be in typically no-nonsense mood, especially with Danny Daggers and Ryan Glynne for company in a busy midfield engine room.

ATHLETIC BILBAUM vs NORTH LONDON RAIDERS B
Slowly, slowly, Raiders are improving, the signs are there for all to see.
Last week they shared the points against a good Brady B team, and kept a clean sheet. A similar effort will be needed on Sunday.
The Baums are certainly heading in the right direction, and with three league wins already to their name, it wouldn't surprise me if they came up trumps in their own back yard.
A good, open game is expected between two teams who like to get the ball down on the deck and play. May the best team win.

BRADY MACCABI B vs GLENTHORNE UNITED B
Brady find themselves playing catch-up with Glenthorne B and Josh Dagul's men will be keen to ensure no more daylight will separate the teams come Sunday afternoon.
The home side go into the game on the back of two draws - which is something of a blip for them when you consider the high standards they have set. They left their shooting boots at home against Raiders last weekend when Dagul came away saying the luck was against them.
Things won't get any easier when they come face to face with a hungry, talented, committed and young Glenthorne team.
Ryan Cole and Jay Lawrence were the marksmen for Glenthorne in the impressive 2-1 victory over Blizzard Storm.
Patience was the name of the game for the team co-managed by Liam Stein and Jordan Sapler and the fact they managed to grind out on a win, playing good football on a poor surface, tells you everything you need to know.
But they will face a challenge of a very different kind here as Brady have set the bar very high and rarely disappoint.
I think a single goal will separate the teams on Sunday, with the points staying in north-west London.

CATFORD & BROMLEY MACCABI vs NORTH WEST NEASDEN B
As we all know, football is a game of opinion. Catford captain Adam Luria and his manager, Lester Jacobs, saw last week's defeat against SPEC FC very differently.
Luria told me his "team got what they deserved," but Jacobs believes the scoreline "was not a true reflection of the game".
It finished 4-0 in the end, with Jacobs waxing lyrical about the performance of full-back Stevie Keller.
Jacobs also spoke about four regulars missing, although he was delighted to have Johnny Lee and Ollie Hitman back in central midfield for their first starts.
The Catford gaffer also complained about "two soft penalty awards," on a day when little went right for his men.
The biggest plus was that they never let their heads drop, and they finished the match strongly.
On Sunday they face a Neasden B team who hold a two-point lead at the summit.
Adam Levene's men huffed and puffed their way to another three points in a harder than expected win over Norstar B.
As we have seen, they are winning games when not at their best - a quality that will help them at the business end of the season.
Brothers James and Bobby Abrams were on the mark again, with striker Louis Taylor doing what he does best. He looks like a new man since offloading managerial duties to Levene.
In Bobby Abrams, they have a fox-in-the-box who will contribute goals on a regular basis. He could yet prove to be one of the signings of the season.
But the real NWN hero last Sunday was keeper Jonny Blain. He never expected a goalkeeper to earn so much nachas and must be wondering why he has spent all these years running around when he can earn hero status by standing in goal. All joking aside, his wonder save last weekend was top-drawer.
As for a prediction, I'm sure NWN will find holes in the Catford defence, and we know they have the players to punish them.

FC TEAM B vs SPEC FC
SPEC FC are flying at the minute and they will arrive in Borehamwood confident of taking three points.
Ricky Lawrence succeeded twice where many Englishman have failed over the years - from the spot. Dead-eye Lawrence, as he should now be known, showed ice-cool qualities in a game where Ash Burns and the predatory Dan Amram did the rest.
The victory propelled Laurence Conway's men into third place and they go into the match unbeaten in four.
FC Team B boss Ben Simon has been celebrating ever since that famous 3-1 win over Neasden B. He opened a bottle of his finest red in the FC Team bootroom and took club owner Mitch Young for a weekend away to coincide with his stag.
We saw some vintage FC Team last time out, but the question is, will Adam Goldsmith be able to show his killer instincts again. I think not.
I can see the SPEC FC boys coming away success once more in what I expect to be a professional performance.

LOS BLANCOS vs BLIZZARD STORM
Old rivals Blancos and Blizzard are ready to rumble in a game where both sets of players will be looking to rediscover their winning formula.
Adam Hersh's Blancos were brilliant and resilient for the first 45 minutes in the cup against Lions A last weekend, but the floodgates opened in the second half as they eventually succumbed 7-0.
Meanwhile, Blizzard were beaten 2-1 by high-flying Glenthorne B and manager Simon Linden is demanding a reaction.
The transfer shenanigans of last season are now water under the bridge, but once that first whistle blows, I can the teams treating the fans to a high octane affair in which no quarter will be given.
It's certainly one to keep an eye on.

Both Norstar B and Redbridge B have yet to taste success this season. Something must give on Sunday. Surely?
Norstar went down fighting last Sunday, with Sam Levin their star man in the 3-2 defeat against leaders Neasden B.
The seem to blow hot and cold but if Levin can enjoy an injury-free run, you think they'd have enough about them not to get dragged into a relegation dogfight.
There have already been some high points for RJC under Jon Jacobs this season, but last Sunday wasn't one of them as they went down 4-1 in the Anekstein last weekend.
Some people will say it's too early to call this a relegation six-pointer, but while the teams are down there, us pundits will try anything to make a headline!
I can see goals aplenty flying in on Sunday, but something in the water tells me it will finish with an RJC win.

AC MILL HILL vs TEMPLE FORTUNE B
Goals are guaranteed at Copthall on Sunday as two teams who score for fun go head to head in round two of a double-header.
It finished honours even last week, with the clash of the strikers living up to the billing as Fortune player-manager Terry Jeffries and Ben Zloof shared the headlines.
Jeffries was delighted by the performance of the evergreen Dave Sawyer, who ensured the team stayed firm and finished with a hard-earned point.
Indeed, there would've been regrets in both changing rooms after the final whistle, in a game Mill Hill boss Joe Levy described as their "toughest of the season".
Fortune edged the first 45 last Sunday, but the Mill Hill boys bossed the second and could have taken maximum points on another day.
Home advantage could play a part on second time around and if Mill Hill take their chances they will finish with the pot of gold.

When I started this match preview last week, my opening three lines read as follows.
Hendon fans travel to North Herts Arena eyeing a big victory when they take on strugglers Boca.
I even heard one Hendon fan whisper double figures as he’s that confident he’s put money on Alex Elf to fire a hat-trick.
It looks set to be fill-yer-boots time for the Reds.
All of a sudden, I've been forced into a rethink. The reason for this was Boca's magnificent 3-1 victory over Loughton Orient last Sunday.
Player-manager Jamie Weinrich (2) and Yaacov Goldin scored the goals that capped a memorable morning.
You could sense the sheer pride in Weinrich's voice after the match. "It has taken a few weeks for our squad to settle and gel, but I have felt throughout this season that the win was coming and it was only a matter of time," he said.
"I believe in the squad that we have and I believe there is more to come from this team. It is more important now than ever that we stay focused on improving as a team and don't let this victory go in vain.
"I am proud of all the lads this week who showed great spirit, discipline and determination against a team who lost their heads."
Keeper Ryan Monk is usually covered from head to toe in mud and sweat after trying to keep the score down, but he was in pristine condition at the final whistle and even managed a quote. "I was glad to have my least busiest day in goal, at times i didn't know what to do!" he said.
Hendon were involved in a fiery affair and finished with nine men after two red cards marred their defeat at the hands of FC Team C.
Fitness played a part in the outcome as the Reds looked a little leg-weary at the end.
I believe last weekend's win has put a spring back into the step of everyone connected to Boca Jewniors. Confidence is a great asset and I can see this helping them claim a point on Sunday.

JEWVENTUS vs L’EQUIPE
If you're looking for a blood and thunder contest on Sunday, then look no further.
Jewventus finally got the monkey off Gab John's back when they put Norstar C to bed.
James Alexander (2), Mark Martell, Gab Saul and John (2) registered on a day when everything they touched turned to goals.
John tried to put things into perspective shortly after the final whistle. "I hope we have turned the corner," he told the JC cameras. "Even starting with 11 again, we dominated the first 45, going in at half time 5-1 up.
"It was a strong performance, only tarnished when we got tired last 20."
L'Equipe will arrive in Mill Hill confident they can spoil the party. They thrive in this kind of atmosphere but I suspect this game has come at just the wrong time.
Finally Jewve are playing the kind of fantasy football that gaffer Gabriel has been dreaming about for so long. Will it get them three more points on Sunday? The man from Del Monte, he says yes!

Bouncebackability is the name of the game for a Loughton Orient team who last week became the first to lose to Boca Jewniors in 18 months.
Player-manager Dan Curtis was the score on a forgettable morning for the club. It's hard to believe this was the same Loughton team who drew with high-flying Tottenham the previous week.
On Sunday they face a Faithfold team due a big win. Loughton you have been warned. With Ben Simons and Stefan Simons keen to show the MSFL world that they are not past their sell-by date, it could be a busy morning for Marc Jacobs in the Loughton goal.
Faithfold player-manager David Garson has ordered his team to go for all-out attack in the hope they can outscore their hosts. With the Simons boys in the line-up, they surely cannot fail.

Leaders Oakwood B sparkled in front of the JC cameras last Sunday and manager Ian Tussie will be disappointed to hear that they are unlikely to return this side of Chanukah.
His troops looked the bees knees against Tottenham last Sunday in a game where Carl Peters was boss.
Dave Eden added another to his long-range repertoire, with Ben Polak and Nicky Harris chipping in with the others.
The array of talent on the Oakwood books is quite frightening. They have several players who, I believe, could do the business in the top-flight and Tussie has a big headache trying to squeeze all his stars into just 11.
FC Team C were pushed to the limit by Hendon C last Sunday. They finished a man light in a tempestuous affair they managed to win 2-1.
Manager Mike Myers will no doubt call for cool heads as it's vital they keep 11 men on the pitch for what promises to be a feisty encounter.
Oakwood have turned on the style thus far, but I think Tussie and co would take an ugly 1-0.

TOTTENHAM CHUTSPAH vs NORSTAR C
It was more gory, gory Tottenham Chutspah last Sunday after Ariel Tamman's men bit the bullet in the top of the table clash.
Jono Gaon added to his already impressive tally but there was little the Chutspah boys could do to stop the men on a mission who played like a team possessed.

On a day of few plusses, the gaffer Gothelf was delighted by the performance of two-goal hero Dan Tann, in a game where Nick Haringman already breached the Jewve defence.
While many managers I know would go into hiding after such a heavy defeat, Gothelf gave an honest assessment of what he had witnessed.
"Defensive lapses saw us 5-1 down by half time.
"A much much better second half saw us pull it back and had we taken the wealth of our chances in the second half then Norstar could have come away with something from the game.
"Norstar can take the positives of a good strong comeback and a double on debut for Dan Tan, recently transferred from FC Team C. New signing Will Ufland also
looked like he'll make a difference for Norstar. Norstar also started to play much more as a team as the game went on.
"We have a tough game next weekend but one we'll look to as our next challenge."
A challenge is something they will definitely get this weekend and I think Tottenham will have too much for them on the day."
