HAROLD FELDMAN CUP FINAL

REICH 4 LEEDS MACCABI 1

Having secured one cup title last weekend, Leeds Maccabi were hungry for more, but their hopes were rocked in the first half when Reich forged ahead. A good attack forced Leeds goalkeeper Reece Levy to parry a shot and the alert Eli Bloom was on hand to rifle home the rebound on the stroke of half-time.

Leeds were not behind for long, however, and it was Dan Shaw who equalised, touching home from a free-kick six minutes into the second half.

With the next goal crucial, it was MJSL basement battlers Reich who regained the lead when Avi Harris slammed the ball home to make it 2-1 just after the hour.

Reich continued to threaten and they made it 3-1 on 71 minutes, when Dov Klyne broke away and lifted the ball high over the Levy.

There was simply no way through for league leaders Leeds Maccabi, and Michael Silverstone added the gloss in the final minute with Reich's fourth goal.

Reich lifted the cup and goal-scorer Dovi Klyne was named man-of-the-match. But their celebrations were not done yet as  the MJSL Organising Committee confirmed that Matte Miller had won the Young Player of the Year award.
