JFS has been recognised for the quality of its educational leadership by a body which promotes excellence in the profession.
The school received accreditation from the Schools, Students and Teachers Network (SSAT) under its Framework for Exceptional Education.
Sue Williamson, SSAT chief executive, said, “For a school to be accredited for transforming practice is a real credit to their team and the quality of the work that they are doing.”
The school was assessed by an independent SSAT monitor as well as by another high-achieving school.
The assessors described it as a “beacon for Jewish education across the world” and said “year on year, learners make outstanding progress because of high-quality assessment”.
JFS headteacher Rachel Fink (depicted centre) said, “We recognise we have a commitment to each and every student in our care as they progress throughout the school. It is always pleasing when this commitment is recognised by others.”
