Travel editor Cathy Winston has travelled to more than 60 countries during the course of her career, including zip wiring across an Italian mountain valley, meeting lemurs in Madagascar, exploring the Amazon and discovering ancient temples in Asia. Most adventurous of all, she's even survived several long-haul flights with a baby.
