2-3 rosemary stalks
200ml white wine, approx
2 medium eggs
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
500g minced beef or lamb or a mix of both
40g/4 tbsp breadcrumbs
50m water
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
