Put eggs in a pan of cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for six minutes. Cool under cold water, peel and cut in half.
Steam or boil the broccoli for three to four minutes until just cooked. Drain and refresh under cold water.
Combine the seeds, soy sauce and honey and set aside.
Mix the cooked lentils with kale, avocado and broccoli.
For the dressing, combine the olive oil and lemon juice and season, then add to the salad ingredients and mix well.
Arrange the halved eggs on top, then scatter over the seeds and basil leaves.
