An app which allows a notorious antisemitic book to be downloaded to mobile devices has been condemned by the Conference of European Rabbis.

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is available to buy for 69p on Apple’s iTunes store.

Its description on the store acknowledges that the Protocols is a forgery and part of antisemitic, anti-Zionist conspiracy theory.

The app was developed in Arabic and can be used on iPhone and iPad devices. It was released earlier this year and is sold in the “education” category, advertised as suitable for those above the age of four.
