It takes place during Germany’s chairship of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
In addition to Mrs Merkel, other speakers will include Professor Dr Norbert Lammert, president of the German Parliament, Director-General of UNESCO Irina Bokova, EU Commissioner Frans Timmermans, and UK Justice Secretary Michael Gove, and Labour Shadow Minister Luciana Berger.
On Sunday, MsBerger, Britain’s youngest Jewish MP, tweeted a series of antisemitic messages she had been sent on social media.
She wrote: “Off to Berlin tomorrow for the @icca_global antisemitism conference. Woke up to this reminder of why it’s necessary.”
The messages she had received included an image of Ms Berger with a yellow star superimposed on her head, and another telling her: “Move to Israel, you don’t belong in Europe.”
Last year Ms Berger was the victim of a targeted antisemitic hate campaign online, orchestrated by far-right groups.

On Monday afternoon, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn tweeted: "The vile antisemitic abuse being directed @lucianaberger is completely unacceptable. It has no place in our society."
