Cries of “dirty Jews” were heard at a huge demonstration against racism and police violence in the centre of Paris on Saturday.
Footage of some protesters shouting “Sales Juifs” were posted on the website of the French weekly magazine Valeurs Actuelles.
According to the magazine, the remarks were aimed at a group of counter-protestors who had unfurled a banner demanding justice for “victims of anti-white terrorism” on the roof of a nearby building.

Hillel Neuer, executive director of the NGO UN Watch, tweeted that police have reported the remarks to the French justice authorities.
French broadcaster and activist Audrey Pulvar said that the comments had been made by “isolated individuals”m who should be prosecuted.
The rally called for justice for Adam Traore, a Frenchman from Mali who died in police custody four years ago, was part of a wave of international Black Lives Matter protests sparked off by the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis last month.
