Nazi-hunter Efraim Zuroff and Shadow Schools Secretary Michael Gove paid tribute to the courage of Shoah survivors at the annual Lord Merlyn-Rees memorial lecture. The event, organised by the Holocaust Educational Trust to mark Holocaust Memorial Day, focused on this year’s theme, The Legacy of Hope, acknowledging the importance of continuing the survivors’ legacy. The event, held at Birdcage Walk in central London, was attended by 150 people
