The Israel Police arrested three suspects after protestors stormed a Reform synagogue in the central city of Ra'anana during a controversial Israeli-Palestinian memorial ceremony.

The event was staged to mark Yom Hazikaron, the annual day of remembrance for Israeli soldiers and victims of terror. However, it had attracted controversy from the right of Israeli politics as it was also intended to commemorate the Palestinian civilians who have lost their lives in the conflict.

According Ynet, the three are suspected of attacking attendees, as well as injuring four police officers at the scene.
