A Lubavitch school in Manchester says it has addressed criticisms in an inspection report.
Although the Oholei Yosef Yitzchok Lubavitch, which has separate boys and girls sections, was rated good by Ofsted in 2015, it switched to the Independent Schools Inspectorate last year.
In a report in spring, ISI said the quality of education and the spiritual, moral, social and cultural developments of pupils was good.
But it asked for improvements in safeguarding checks on staff and providing information to parents.
Rabbi Daniel Paley, assistant headteacher, said the failings were “easily rectified” and it had accordingly notified the Department for Education.
“We teach our children that we must learn and be motivated by failures and we certainly lead by example,” he said.
Joining the ISI meant “teaming up to a higher standard of operating. We look forward to this challenge and growth.”
