A new job site has launched for those who wish to supplement their student loans with some extra cash.
ParTime Student went live earlier this month, aiming to find tailor-made, part-time work for students in their local area.
Its co-founder, Gareth Rifkin, described the site in more detail:
"One of the unique features that ParTime Student prides itself on is its location-based job searching. We know that it is key to be able to find work located conveniently for students, and ParTime Student has been designed from the ground up to make this as simple and intuitive as possible.
"Map-based searching, and the ability for a student to use their address or postcode to find nearby vacancies, is centre stage on the site. Combined with our great search filtering options, it means that we help students find the opportunities that are relevant to them like never before.
"From searching, through to applying, ParTime Student wants to make sure that students can find the jobs they need, and also ensure that those who are offering work opportunities get the exposure, and in turn, the applicants they require, to recruit for every location and job they post."
The site already has some notable employers on board, not least Karen Millen, Fossil UK, AEG LIVE, O2 Arena, Wembley Arena, Eventim Apollo, Calzedonia, Admiral Recruitment and JAM Staffing.
Mr Rifkin said: "We are proud to be launching a site that is truly tailored to, and dedicated to, improving students' hunt for part time work, and helping them to find the jobs, income and experience they need."
