Aron Gale (striker) - absolutely phenomenal. Best game of the season for him. Two goals and ran the MLFC Blue back-line ragged
Brad Lander (left-back) - outstanding again at full-back. The MLFC right-midfielder didn’t get a look in
Matt Warner (midfield) - usually in the 10, filled in outwide. Did his defensive duties superbly and looked a threat going forwards

Michael Kenley (striker) - 4 goals, need I say more?
Ollie Smith (midfield) - won absolutely everything in midfield to the point the centre-backs told him to stop clearing everything up as they were getting bored

BROOK FARM ROVERS
Dan Weisselberg (midfield) - first 90 minutes in a few years following his return from the IDF, was a driving force in midfield getting up and down the pitch, plenty of tackles and blocks against Jewdinese, protected the defence excellently and nearly even scored the winner

HERTSWOOD VALE
Jack Winton (CM) - an absolutely 10/10 performance from Winton in the centre of the park. Gave the defence very little to do, particularly in the first half with a huge number of tackles and interceptions. Solid throughout
Adam Morrow (LM) - started the game in the centre of the park before moving onto the left wing after a tactical reshuffle. Took it in his stride and grabbed himself a brace, his first goals for the Vale. Very solid performance from our important utility player
James Millet (CM) - grabbed his third hat-trick of the season despite SPEC attempting to mark him out of the game. That's 26 goals for the season in just 16 games in all competitions despite seeing one chalked off following the demise of MLFC Red. Put in a true captain's performance in the absence of James Neidle. The kid is in inspired form at the moment
Ashley Hirschberger (RB) - solid performance at RB for Vale's record appearance maker. Absolutely nothing of note came down his side of the pitch, keeping their winger quiet throughout the match. Pushed forward as the match went on - fortunate not to get a nose bleed despite playing so high up

Louie Basso (striker) - two goals capped an excellent performance, capped by a stunning free-kick
Dan King (GK) - stand-in keeper for the former second team centre-back! Did a great job

HAMPSTEAD DUCKS
Ben Sciama (Defence) - our captain fantastic and commanding at centre-back. Dealt with everything FC Team threw at him
Harry Nelson (defence) - Not our usual RB but had their winger in his back pocket throughout
Joe Kenley (GK) - made a number of outstanding saves from point black range to keep us in it, he was also commanding when coming off his line to mop up any balls that got through our defence
Jake Summerfield (Manager) - Since taking over as head coach he has organised and motivated us. Our last few performances are unrecognisable from just a few weeks ago. This is more than just a new manager bounce.
