As a study skills coach for teenagers, I encounter a range of issues: from perfectionists who are never satisfied with their efforts or results, to students who are branded ‘lazy’ because they don’t engage. Procrastination, a common challenge for all, is both a cause and a consequence of stress and anxiety.
