Jordan Marks has been crowned MGBSFL Player of the Year after helping North London Raiders A complete the double-double.
The left-sided attacking-midfielder enjoyed an imperious campaign as L’Orange retained the Premier Division title and Peter Morrison Trophy.
Having played a bit-part for NLR last season, Marks was in a league of his own in the top-flight, scoring 16 goals in 20 games, as well as contributing numerous assists.
A delighted Marks told JC Sport: "It feels really good to have won the trophy. It's the perfect end to a really good year.
"It means a lot to have won this award. I've prided myself on making a big individual and collective contribution. I'm massively proud and I think my family will be too.
"We were disappointed not to win the treble but it's a great team in which everyone works for each other. We have a real togetherness and it was nice to play in a team where no-one argues.
"Scoring lots of goals past Jake in training really helped my confidence, so I have to thank him for that, while Greeny kept me on my toes by shouting a lot."
Rob Richman, the former NLR joint-manager, described Marks as “a star this season. He told JC Sport: "Jordan showed an exemplary attitude and hardly missed a game or a training session.
“He’s an incredible talent and so difficult to defend against - with Jordan in the team you know it doesn’t matter who you play against you have a chance to win the game.”
Redbridge Jewish Care starlet Sam Sollosi won the league's Young Player of the Year accolade.
The Redbridge Jewish Care starlet steered his team to the runners-up spot in the Premier Division and said: “Although it’s a team game, it’s a great feeling to be recognised. I must thank my team-mates who have been incredible all season. They are the best bunch of lads I could work with.
"A big thank you to Jon Jacobs for letting us be creative and enjoy our football.
"Hopefully we will get out strongest team out for big games next season and give Raiders something else to think about.
"I'd also like to wish mazel tov to my brother Ben who got married this week. It’s been a memorable week for my family."
Scrabble FC's Ray Abrahams won the top managerial award. Other individual prizes were awarded to Jake Doffman (Safe Hands) and Golden Boot winner Reiss Mogilner of Brady Maccabi. He edged out Scrabble's Zak McLeod and Redbridge Jewish Care A hot-shot Daniel Garfinkle to the crown.
There was double delight for Mogilner who was recognised as the top player in Division One, while McLeod picked up the honours in Division Two.
David Lazarus received the Referee of the Year, while Callum Foster collected the Best Newcomer Referee.
Martin Sales of Division One champions Woodford Wanderers was named Team Secretary of the Year.
North London Raiders C won the Best Turnout/Sportsmanship award.
