Israeli striker Tomer Hemed hit a hat-trick for Brighton to clinch a place in the Championship promotion play-offs in a 5-0 win over Fulham.
Hemed scored his first goal against Fulham from the penalty spot after 30 minutes and headed home a free-kick four minutes later.
The former Maccabi Haifa and Real Mallorca striker completed his hat-trick in the 79th minute, slotting home from 10 yards, to bring his season's tally to 16.
Hemed, who became the first Brighton player to score a hat-trick since March 2013, said: "I've been working very hard and it's always fantastic to score a hat-trick. But the important thing was that the team worked so hard and played so well.
"Our aim the entire season has been to win one of the two automatic promotion spots and it looks like we can achieve that but it's still too early to be sure."
