Dean Furman says he's still pinching himself and has been living in a dream world ahead of tomorrow’s Africa Cup of Nations opener against Cape Verde.
The South Africa midfielder is set to make his first competitive start in front of 90,000 home fans just months after making his debut against Brazil.
Oldham captain Furman has enjoyed a rapid rise since linking up with Bafana Bafana and is hoping to add to his six caps following his breakthrough into the team last October.
The host nation also face Angola and Morocco in Group A and Furman cannot wait to get going.
