The first goal came after three minutes, with Gershfield powering through the Fortune defence before the goal of the game which came from Joey Lazare after most of the team had touched the ball the pitch.
Harmen led 4-0 at hat-trick, with Gershfield completing his hat-trick seconds before the whistle. Fortune came close with their only chance of the half, with striker Darren Zitren hitting the bar from around 25 yards.
The second half was much of the same, with Sharp adding to the scoreline after 48 minutes. Ben Weinberg added another midway through the half. But the final word went to Gershfield who finish the day off with another couple, one from the penalty spot and the last with five minutes to go.
Harmen joint-manager Joel Alterman told JC Sport: "It was a game that we dominated from start to finish, but credit to Fortune, they never stopped grafting and we wish them luck for the rest of the season."
Fortune boss Jonathan Cohen said: "We had a good spirit."
