articlemain

Jewish teen gymnast Aly Raisman competed in the qualifying rounds of London 2012 on Sunday, earning herself a place in the final. For parents Lynn and Ricky, it was a nerve-wracking experience.

The 18-year-old wrote on Twitter after the competition: "Proud of my team...had so much fun out there today. Feels amazing to officially be an Olympian! Can't wait for team finals."

She added, with a link to the above video, "I love my parents."
