NOMINATIONS

MILL HILL DONS

Zach Cohen (S) - His four goals and assist emphasises how superb his performance was today. He was causing the Catford defence problems all 90 minutes and absolutely dominated the aerial battle with 3 of his 4 goals being headers

Zach Perez (CM) - His deliveries into the box were pinpoint finding the head of Zach Cohen on 3 occasions and he went on to bag another assist towards the end of the game. He offered a lot defensively as well with some crucial tackles in the middle of the park

Nick Phillips (CM) - A captain's performance from the captain. Don't let his size fall you because he was winning many of the aerial battles and also made some crucial tackles in the middle. His passing was also on point with him often pulling the strings from the middle

--------------------

TEMPLE FORTUNE

Michael Woolf (M) - different class today and controlled the game from fortunes perspective both from screening the defence and starting attacks. Read the game beautifully. Michael Goldberg - superb in the second half and no one could get beat him

Jake Marks (CB) - showed a true master class at centre half all game and gave no inch to the strikers

Brett Stead (GK) - great in goal and made a huge save at 1-0 up at the end of the first half. Excellent

--------------------

RC UK FC

Josh Marlow (CB) - a relatively new partnership with David Brown, but was a rock all game and used the ball smartly

David Brown (CB) - won everything at the back and was a real leader

Aaron Luftig (LB) - it seemed as if he was playing RB, CB and LB all at the same time

Dan Ezra (RW) - despite carrying a knock, he came into the team, was up and down the right side all game and almost scored a great goal

Jonti Aremband (RB) - for most of the game was played out of position at RB, nothing got past him and was still a huge threat going forward

Leor Harel (CDM) - N'Golo Kante would be proud of a performance like that, covered the middle of the park, protecting the entire defence and produced two marvellous assists

Dudi Edryei (CM) - battled all game and probably was on the end of more bad challenges than the rest of the players put together. Each time he dusted himself off and carried on battling. Capped a fine performance with an even better assist. Will be a big loss but when he comes back Avi Markiewicz might "force feed him vodka every Saturday night if that's how he playes after a night on the drink"

Josh Shaffer (CM) - was anywhere Rob Hershkorn was," what more can I say? Completely nullified the threat of "one of technically the best players in Jewish football". "Someone might want to drop Hershkorn a line during the week to make sure he's not still in Shaffer's pocket"

REFEREE - Martin Lavender was really excellent and controlled a game that, at times, threatened to boil over

--------------------

SCRABBLE FC

Rob Blackman (D) - This was without doubt Rob's best ever game in a Scrabble shirt.Important tackles and brilliant clearances the whole game

Brandon Sassoon (CB) - captain defender led from the back and didn't give the Oakwood strikers a sniff for 90 minutes

Josh Pugh (CB) - playing out of position and with an injury the Oakwood boys got nothing out of him the whole game

Elliot Espinoza (CM) - Made the important tackles when needed and kept the whole team ticking with his briliiant passing ability and control and knowledge of how to dictate a game

Dan Green (CDM) - did a brilliant marking job on Oakwood's most dangerous player and was first to every important block and tackle

Josh Bharier (M) - A great example of power and pace when running with ball from midfield and scored an absolute worldy goal of the season to open the scoring

Danny Sherman (S) - Danny is in top form now and scored for the third game in a row.Back to his absolute best from last season

--------------------

BRADY MACCABI

Brad Dryer (CB) - commanding performance at centre back and very assuring on the ball

--------------------

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS A

Jake Doffman (GK) - Produced an incredible save that would be admired at even the highest level of football to keep Raiders 1-0 up. A well-deserved clean sheet.

Adam Joselyn (CM) - Man-of-the-match performance. Held the midfield together, retained the ball well on a difficult pitch and was the unlikely match-winner with an excellent strike from outside the area which caught the goalkeeper off guard

--------------------

OAKWOOD A

Dean Caplin (GK) - a superb display and by far his best in an Oaks shirt.

Alex Lee (CB)  - a rock at the back

Dale Bradman (CB) - superb at the back

Lee Warner (LB) - excellent

Leor Sidle (S) - worked hard and used his experience. Great performance up front
