Deputy Head of Safeguarding

Hours: 21hrs/week (flexible)

The United Synagogue is seeking an experienced safeguarding professional to step into a key senior role. As Deputy Head of Safeguarding, you will lead on cases, provide expert advice, act as deputy to the Safeguarding Director, and help drive best practice across our communities.**

You will:

• Manage and respond to safeguarding cases

• Offer expert guidance to staff, volunteers & leaders

• Build strong partnerships with statutory agencies

• Support training, policy, and continuous improvement
